Why My Ten Mahavidyas Guide Is Different
Over the years, I have read many books, manuscripts, research papers and online discussions about the Ten Mahavidyas. Each source offered something valuable, but I often felt that an important connection was missing. Some writings concentrated only on mythology, while others presented the subject through fear, mystery or incomplete information. A few merely listed the names and symbols of the Mahavidyas without explaining the deeper spiritual philosophy behind them. My approach to this guide is different because it is shaped not only by written knowledge but also by personal experience, observation and sincere interaction with people. During my visits to the Kamakhya Temple and through many years of spiritual practice, I gradually understood that the Mahavidyas cannot be viewed only as distant or frightening Divine forms.
