 India’s unemployment situation presents a complex picture. Government data suggests a significant decline in the national unemployment rate, reaching 3.2% in 2022-23 [NDTV]. However, independent studies paint a different picture, with the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) reporting a rate of 6.8% in January 2024 [Forbes India].     • More than 27,000 employees in Amazon are fired.
    • More than 21000 employees are fired in Meta.

    • Focus on creating high-quality jobs instead of just increasing employment numbers.
    • Reforming the education system to align skills with industry demands.
    • Encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation.
    • There is a direct need to focus on education. The government schools,   colleges, and institutes in our country need to improve infrastructure.
    • The government needs to take action on a large scale to promote cooperative and small and micro enterprises.

    • Delete all the betting apps and gambling apps on your phone. This is a waste of your money.
    • Learn new skills. It can be any skill. Whether you can watch cooking videos on YouTube and learn to cook.
